The bed and the bedding (sheets, pillows etc.): extremely comfortable - almost luxurious, which was a wonderful surprise in a non-5 star hotel! The location: tucked away in a quiet, hidden corner of Dorsoduro, almost as if you are in Venice of 20+ years ago, before mass tourism... The staff: local, humble and cheerful, always taking time and consideration to answer my questions.

The size of the room is big and nice. The heating in the bathroom works well so the bathroom is always warm, which is nice for winter time. The location of the hotel is near to the bus station to arrive from the airport, just 6 minutes walk from Piazzale di Roma. Excellent nice staff.

Lovely staff and a great location for visiting Venice and Murano. We loved the breakfast and the breakfast waitress made our day with her positivity and excellent coffees!

Lovely hotel in Venice. Not too far from train station and bus area. Close to restaurants, the room was comfortable. Quiet at night. Breakfast was nice too, great customer service.

Great location, especially for a short stay in Venice as it’s quite close to train station, 12 min walking, so everything is walkable distance. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Room was very comfortable and bed as well.
