I had a room with Canal View. It was absolutely amazing! Thanks again for this experience. The bathroom and bed sheds were very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was really nice. It is very close to the bus station of Venice. Supermarket, fast food and restaurants/ pubs, everything close by.

The location was absolutely great as its directly on the grand canal and easy access to waterbus stations. The room was comfortable to stay.

Wonderful location! Just 7m away from the river side. Room cleaning was carried out. Towel & shower gel were replenished. The hotel changed our room after we complained about problems on the door keys & burnt out lamp. Thanks so much to the hotel team.

We were upgraded to the main hotel next door and given a corner room with views from each of the Grand Canal and a side canal. Really made it special.

I didn't stay inside this hotel, there appeared to be an over booking issue...I think! The waiting area was full at check in, I think the hotel is expanding perhaps but maybe not quite as ready as they anticipated. Anyhow, the upgraded us to luxury suites in another building, I'm not complaining, it was absolutely stunning. Huge suites, beautifully designed, overlooking the river.

The hotel has just a perfect location! Just opposite the train station and next to the airport busses and the dock for Murano and Burano ships, it is in the heart of everything.

The hotel is in front of Gondola rides and main train station. It is very easy to search and accessible to all. Restaurants are nearby. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly...
