The hotel has beautifully designed rooms and a wonderful vibe. The staff is very polite and attentive, and the breakfast is both varied and absolutely delicious. A great stay overall!

Breakfasts were good though could have been more 'a la carte' with eggs etc cooked to order. Nice room and lovely bathroom with luxury of heated floor. That made such a difference! Staff were very friendly and courteous, from managers to cleaning staff.

Location was excellent - very central and convenient for all the usual sight seeing spots. The room was typically Venetian, but was not arranged with comfort in mind. Two small bolt upright chairs were the only place sit apart from on the bed. Breakfast was adequate, but very uninspiring. If it wasn't included in the price, we would have had breakfast elsewhere.
