Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location, close to everything. Loved staying here. The view out the window was beautiful.

The location practically on the main square, with fantastic view. A lot of bakeries, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Liked the espresso machine.

The hotel's location was excellent. Although there is no elevator, the gentleman from the hotel staff carried our luggage to our room and allowed us to check in early. He also provided very helpful information about places to visit. We stayed for one night, but if I visit Venice again, I would definitely choose this place.

This is a wow location, really turn a corner and there is Mark's Square! It doesn't get any closer to the action than this. Staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean.

The location is excellent. However, the room is very small, and we had to climb a lot of steps to get to it. Obviously, there is no elevator.
