Great location, a bit out of typical routes but close to main attractions, nicely maintained palace, a nice and warm room (not granted in winter in Venice) with all needed amenities, a confortable bed. Nice and sufficient breakfast too. Personnel was supportive and attentive. You can reach the property directly by taxi from a canal, without the need of walking with bags throughout Venice.

Absolutely everything was perfect, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Great reception staff, our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect too. Within walking distance to all the main attractions. We’ve been to Venice 3 times and this was the best stay by far.

Very good luxurious hotel in the middle of Venice. Our room was big and nice decorated. The breakfast is good with a lot of varieties. The front desk is very helpful. The price is not a bargain... but this Venice the most touristed place in the world.

Our Suite was beyond our expectation. The setting over looking the canal with our own Juliet balcony was just incredible. The entire hotel experience was one of the best we have ever experienced. The staff was extremely helpful guiding us where to eat, what to eat and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect allowing us ease of access to nearby restaurants, sites and must see places. Breakfast was more than adequate and served in pleasant surroundings. The details and quality of buildings was just incredible.
