I just loved this place! Very well located, the room is wonderful, very clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff deserves a recognition apart! Outstanding service, they are very kind, happy, communicative. People who really make the difference. We have great memories from our Carnevalle in Venezia! Nicolas and Fillipo are awesome!

Great service, good location near Grand Canal and water taxi stop. Comfortable room, very clean. Hotel facilities good, and good breakfast. Lovely to end the day with a drink at the roof top bar. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, an easy walk to all the big sites, and waterbus. Easy from the airport by waterbus (recommended). Nicely done, good size room, real sense of occasion. All staff v. polite and helpful.

Excellent little hotel! Central - 3 mins away from water buses & airport water bus stop. Walked miles too. Staff were super friendly & made us lovely G&T’s each evening in the bar. Throughly recommend

We are world travellers and can honestly say this hotel surpassed our expectations. Located close to St Marks and Rialto bridge/ferry. Staff amazing and helpful, cleanliness and room facilities 5 star. Breakfast varied plentiful and tasty. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff from reception to the bar, from the bellhop to the breakfast staff. A brilliant stay with huge comfortable bed and luxurious fitments and bath accessories.
