The location is awesome. A few minutes walk to San Marco Square. Great pizzeria is right next to stay. The place was spotless and comfortable. Facilities are also good. Everything is in place. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. She met us personally on the first day. She even prepared a map with all locations to visit :)

Lia, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We had a little bit of difficulty finding the place and after sending Lia a message she came and found us!! Great location and very clean.

It was cute and clean- had air conditioning which we needed after the 40 min hike through the city to find it. Take the time to understand the water taxi's- we didn't know them and it was a lot to walk through w suitcases. It was also 35°. It was close to the square.

I’m glad I’ve found this renovated place, looks very nice. The location is exactly in the city centre, few minutes and meters from anywhere. The windows are soundproof so very quiet there.

The location is unbeatable, nestled between St. Mark's Square and the Rialto. Lia provided exceptional service. The room was new and clean, featuring a fantastic espresso machine and unlimited fresh, cold mineral water.

Lia is an excellent host, the rooms are spacious, cleaned daily with fresh towels and are very comfortable. Everything was communicated clearly. Location is excellent minutes from Rialto and St Marks. Would recommend.
