Amazing place, modest but sincere with a nice balcony and bed, staff, and with a private bathroom down the hallway though. Simply the best for the price to be on central Venice.

The location was perfect for us, walking distance from the bus and train stations. Nice area at night to eat and explore too. The property itself was more basic than some others however this was not as issue as this was reflected in the excellent value for money price and availability for a family room. Staff were friendly and we had a ground floor room with ensuite.
