The location is supper close to everything, convenient, we walk every where, the Guest house is so clean and seem like new ,Adrianna I believe her name was very helpful and very nice even upgrade to us room with the canal view which is so wonderful we can see the Gondola go by.i would highly recommend this guest house to any one.The breakfast is basic,but it not a big hotel so we not expected too much, the breakfast are very clean and big we love the most this hotel than other that we stay.

Everything was perfect! The location, facilities( the room size was huge), service was amazing, everything was super clean. Umberto, the best! Absolute must if you’re coming to Venezia

The location is top-notch. We had an exceptional view from our room as the canal with gondolas goes right below the windows. The breakfast was very good. Kati is helpful and makes the stay in Venice even more pleasant.

Very near vaporetto stop and St. Marks. Modern interior with good bathroom and shower. Good directions from the owner. Be sure to use these and not google maps. If using google maps put in Hotel San Moise and the Guest House is next door.

Location very close to tourist attractions and ferry port. Clean room. Fancy bathroom with a great shower.
