Despite the under whelming front door and hall the apartment was fabulous. Well laid out and beautifully decorated. Situated in the middle of San Marco easy to access the city

Location and size of flat. Comfy, large double bed. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. Also, helpfulness of the Grimaldi apartments staff. The restaurant Trattoria el Greco, just 2 mins away by the canal, was a great place for dinner

The apartment was beautifully kept, spacious and had all the amenities we were hoping for. It was located really nicely between S.Marco and Rialto so that each was no more than 10mins away by foot. It was quiet and the host provided a lovely welcome pack and was SO helpful with suggestions and advice. We even managed to buy fresh fish at market, bring it back and cook it using the kitchen which was just fabulous. We will be returning for sure.

It has lots unique detailed decoration which I like. Lots space. Location is great! The information they sent is very clear and easy to understand with the whatsup video. Easy communication with staff via messages.

The property is in a good location, just a short walk from the busier, more tourist orientated parts of the city. This is a good thing as it’s less busy and less noisy. Inside, everything is provided, the beds clean and comfortable, and there are enough comfortable chairs in the living room. We also had a personal problem during our stay and the agents were very helpful giving us the information we needed. Much appreciated.

Great location, shower has lots of hot water and is easy to use, spacious apartment although second bedroom is small, very quiet as it is in a private small courtyard, near many restaurants and shops.

Host gave us good advice, and guidance on how to get to the apartment. The apartment was close to lots of restaurants and in easy walking distance to other points of interest. Clean and great facilities. Beds extremely comfy
