Beautiful spacious room, host was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions and even helped us find alternative transportation during a public transport strike. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Venice.

Indescribable …….. beyond AMAZING. This is a place to be in Venice. Location, silence and the owner…… he literally takes care of every minute detail. I stayed with my mother who is not very fit but he made sure that she is comfortable at all times….. from arrival till departure. We helped us with the private boat both ways to the train station….too. WiFi works very well and it’s like staying in a PALACE at the most affordable prices…… we strongly recommend it.

The location is superb and allows you to reach all sights in a very short time. Giacomo is a great host and his advice on the restaurants were very helpful. His attitude and attention helped us to enjoy our stay and made it comfortable.

The location was brilliant in Campo Santo Stefanie close to the Grand Canal and all the important sights Giacomo our host was fantastic nothing was a problem for him Our apartment was spotlessly clean with a view out over the square. Great aircon
