Great location to all tourist sites and many restaurants and cafes in very close proximity. The hotel is also located in a quiet area and safe. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. We stayed for three nights, and it was a pleasure to return each day through that beautiful part of the city. It offered the perfect balance between the University area and the city center, with public transport conveniently nearby. The room was clean and cozy, as was the bathroom, and both were tidied daily. The interior was simple but comfortable. I appreciated that we could adjust the room temperature ourselves. Despite it being late December, the place was warm and cozy. The reception staff were friendly and polite. Our room was a bit dark, but I imagine that’s typical for the narrow streets of Venice—it’s likely a great advantage during the summer months!

We had a wonderful stay at Foresteria Levi. The room was good, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Good location, close to the Academia bridge that crosses the Grand Canal and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Close to S. Samuele water taxi station so if you’re with luggages and unable to cross the Academia bridge you can ride on the taxi and stop at the station. Room is rather small if you come with large luggages, but it was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially when booking for the private taxi to get to the airport.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. In the center of Venezia, super close to our favorite quarters, next to ponte dell’accademia, the staff is warm and the facilities are great for the price. Great beds, big rooms and a lovely old building on the main canal.

Good location! Only 5-10 minutes walking from all the good important neighborhoods of Venice. Single room small but comfortable. Large bathroom. Breakfast worth it. Value for money.
