We've met some problmes with energy suply. The assistant appeared and solved it at once. The perfect contact. We could rely on help, suggestions and assistance before we arrived. Returning to Venice we will always stay here again. The best recomemdatiln I can make

This is the best place if one wants to see the Biennale. The Arsenale and the Giardini are also nearby. There are shops, restaurants and a great ice cream shop nearby.

My stay was greatly enhanced by the apartment's location, close to the Arsenale and Giardini, perfect for visiting the Venice Biennale. The proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars added convenience to my trip. Despite being centrally located, the house is remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day out. The home is also reasonably well-equipped for basic needs.
