The staff was amazing, incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and very well located. The room was very big, comfy and quiet. Everything was perfect and the staff( everybody), made our trip unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend a better place.

Beautifully renovated small palace with lovely gardens located in the quiet Dorsodouro district about 20 mins walk from St Marks Square. Lots of great local restaurants and bars close by. Very friendly helpful staff, particular thanks to Marcelo for his restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful boutique hotel a little off the beaten track, which was a huge bonus for us. Its location feels much more like "real Venice" than the more touristy area around Piazza San Marco. We loved our stay and will stay there again next trip.

The hotel is located in 17th century building, style of the hotel is nothing like I’ve seen before, very distinguished and stylish. Beds were very comfortable, probably the best I’ve had a chance to sleep on. Finally, the staff was very polite and attentive. I also loved the fact that this was an adult only hotel (despite being a parent ;)

A grand beauty in Venice and is a beautiful property with a lush garden and opulent rooms. I was in the Canal Room which had a wonderful view of the canal and equipped with a desk where I could write while looking at the lovely view. The breakfast was excellent with a range of options and cooked eggs on demand.

Great welcome - with a spritz! Glamorous and luxurious decor. Lovely carpet in hallways. Beautiful and peaceful garden. Spacious room with lovely bathroom and monsoon shower. Nice toiletries. Comfy bed. Plenty of space to hang clothes etc

Classy hotel located in a quiet part of Venice. Cruise terrminal us only a 5 minute walk. Upon checking in, we were greeted by a complimentary drink and invited to cool down and relax in reception. Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a 2 night stay so did not take advantage of the facilities

The location is ideal for visits of the university; road taxis to St. Basilio give easy and fast access to the hotel.
