Lovely very atmospheric hotel right in the heart of San Marco/ Rialto area of venice. Its set in a lovely quiet little courtyard with little walled outside seating area It felt like living in a movie! Very close to all the attractions and all the big designer stores right beside it. We just looked in the windows 😀😀😀Very helpful friendly staff. We had a very large comfortable room on the top floor room with huge bathroom, smart tv and a fridge. We also had their lovely continental breakfast which was very fresh and had good options to choose from. The gondolas sail past the dining room window! You can even get a gondola up to the hotel door! We spent 5 days here and really did not want to leave.

Location was very nice, very central, obviously keeping in mind that in Venice you have to walk to most places. The view of the canal was beautiful from our room

Great location, OK rooms with relatively big bathroom, staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is continental and fair, really liked the old-fashioned atmosphere of the entire hotel. Its a real palazzo!

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were during our stay, they upgraded our room outright because it was my partner's first time in Venice and this was an unexpected and lovely gesture.

The view from the 4th floor was fantastic, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was lovely (especially the scrambled eggs). The hotel was so quiet, yet it was very close to landmarks, good restaurants, and shopping. The opening of the reception to the canal was very cool.

Fantastic location. Our junior suite was located overlooking the canal and we were woken by gondoliers serenading. Amazing hotel with lovely facilities and an incredible position and lovely staff.
