Amazing location, perfect for walking everywhere and also for looking out to the canal watching the gondolas float by! Bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The staff were lovely. I loved the ground floor entrance with the door that opens straight on to the canal.

Th location is great! Close to Opera Fenice and most of the restaurant that we have planned to visit ! Also the vibe in the room was so calm and the view in the canal was amazing !

Excellent location , great value for money , lovely decoration with little touches like spa quality lotions , Nespresso machines, water and Prosecco in the fridge , Netflix a Prime TV. We highly recommend.

Lovely view from the windows , very beautiful, spacious room with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Great location in a nice area and close to everything.

Room is fabulously furnished with a great Venetian feel. If you are taking this room because it says canal view - don't bother paying the extra. It's not worth it.

Marco was so kind and knowledgeable about the city. The room was so incredibly beautiful with a gorgeous view of the canal that was used by many singers on gondola! It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is easily accessed from the public transport in a quiet part of the San Marco district which makes coming back in the evening very relaxing.

The excellent location! Watching gondolas passing by through the window in your room and hearing somebody singing or playing music - that’s something! So charming! Very nice and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Welcoming bottle of Prosecco was so nice! Thank you!
