Great for a movie set, room was renovated really beautiful however they forget the fix up the bath room. Breakfast served off site. Quite inclusive breakfast though.

The staff very polite, helpful any time on my wills !!! I suggest to everybody to visit this beautiful Hotel, BELLE ARTY !!!! any way !!!! Everything was close to the hotel by!!!! EVERY WHERE SO BEAUTY!!! As far as the VENICE city concerned , M A G I C !!!!! VISIT THIS ROMANTIC ISLANDS ANY WAY!!! So far you have seen nothing !!!!!

Good situated, easy to access Rialto and San Marco square but from train station is 20 min walk , not too difficult to access. Very kind personal , nice breakfast, extra clean and friendly place.

Loved the location , loved the world of Venice . Convenient easy to find location . I enjoyed the privacy , it's just a door on the street with a code and you enter a world of old magnificence of a by gone era . There's no one to bother , you just make your own way to the room . The reception is actually in a building on the opposite side of the street , where the breakfast is also .

location great, short walk from the Accademia bridge and the Vaporetto stop. breakfast was chaotic but there was enough choice for everyone if you waited.

OK firstly if you want total luxury then don't stay here. However for what you pay for in Venice I would recommend this hotel. We were on a budget and this met our needs. Breakfast was good, room was fine, beds were comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the location. It was 20 mins to Piazza di Marco, 15 mins from the Realto bridge. As always, I ask myself would I stay here again. The answer would be YES. Although I would love to stay at the sister hotel right across the street where we had breakfast but this is on another budget.

Very good price for the location close to everything, yet little aside from the crowds. Room was cosy and recently renovated. Personnel was very helpful and nice, even in the early morning hours walking us to taxi boat. Simple, clean and easy to access. Typical continental plain breakfast.
