Good breakfast, staff was great although there was confusion over our water taxi pickup spot. Thankfully Mateo, the breakfast host, called and sorted it out for us.

Such a lovely hotel in the middle of central Venice. Our room was adorable with an old-fashioned and traditional style, wich was exactly what we looked for. There was even a smart-TV. The staff was really kind and helpful with information and tips for our vacation. They gave great recomendations on restaurants, sightseeings and cultural experiences. We got to keep our room a few hours longer on our check-out day, with a small fee.

Super nice stuff. The instructions given in order to find the place were perfect. Later we were suggested where to go, where to eat etc. Really close to the main places of interest, bus stop , good restaurant around the corner.
