The breakfast was nice, it was a block over and it was a coffee and a pastry. We especially liked the location was right by the ferry, so we didnt have to lug our belongings through bridges to get to the location.

staff is very friendly, bathrooms are newly renovated and everything works perfectly. good location right next to vaporetto station fondamente nove. it’s quite peaceful, you don’t hear much from the neighboring rooms.
