Superb location - next to Rialto Bridge but so quiet. The host was very helpful and let us arrive earlier than the normal check in. He always responded to our questions quickly.

The location, near by the Rialto Bridge, is excellent for those who have only a few days in Venice, which was our case. Although an excessively touristic area, from there you can easily reach by foot several museums and other venues in the city, such as the Venice Biennale, or simply get the water transport (the vaporetto). I also liked the old charm of the room. It makes us feel in Venice, even if staying in a simple place.

It is a great location, very close to the Rialto bridge and fairly central to Venice. The room was basic but clean and did the job for my stay. The staff member that I met was friendly and Claudio is a great host.

I like the landlord actions, he is very kind and understands you well. He makes lot comfortable in the first situation when you first arrive.
