Central location, rich buffet for breakfast, exceptionally kind staff. Everything was in venetian style, from wallpapers and curtains to furniture finishes, and everything was in matching colors. Lovely place to stay for both short or long trips!

The hotel is in a great location, the antique decor is charming, everything is very clean. There is a beautiful view of the canal, and the staff is kind and helpful.

The place is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge. Also very convenient for visiting Murano island as the direct ferry departs from Fondamenta Nuove station which is 10 minutes walking only. The place and room decorations are oustanding. Amazing and friendly lady host which is very helpful with all the informations.

the location was fantastic and only a few minutes from Rialto bridge and St Mark's square. The staff were very friendly and helped with finding the accommodation. We loved the small fridge which was perfect for storing cold water, why don't more hotels have this? The bed was comfortable for a couple, but the room was very small. We had to re-set our expectations as space was obviously a premium in Venice. The breakfast was a wee treat and ready for 8am, which suited us well, we wanted a quick start to the day. There were spare blankets, which we used as it was cold at night.....though my wife swiped both blankets.

The location is excellent - easy walking to all the main sights and water taxi stops. A very quiet area. The decor was very delightfully Venetian! Breakfast was typically Italian - continental, but offered a good selection, including boiled eggs.

Location was fantastic for easy access to sites, shops and restaurants. Quiet location but only a short walk to vibrant cafes and nightlife. The hotel was very comfortable; common spaces were air conditioned. The room had a portable air conditioner which was adequate. Hotel decor met the description on their website; very classic "old Venice".

Croissants for the breakfast! Everything was exceptional, room, staff, view... We run into some reservation problems, but it was handled professionally.

The decorations . Like beauty and beast disney theme .good , breakfast . Bread are fresh .staff attentive.
