The location is 15 minutes walking distance from the train station and 20 minutes from the airport buses. That's very good. Because if you go to San Marco, it would be difficult to carry luggage. The location is very good, the room was clean, the garden is very beautiful, Stella at the reception was very friendly. This is my second time in Venice, my next address is clear. Definitely recommend...

The room I stayed was small, nothing extraordinary, in fact a bit old but still very cute. It was just next to a canal. While it was cold winter, the heating worked quite well. Location is perfect, it's 10 minute walking distance from train station and just 2 minutes walking distance from a waterbus (vaporetto) stop, so you can hop on and travel quite easily.

Gobice accommodation. Near many restaurants. Near a canal. Nice litte garden where you can enjoy a quite evening.

Had a small room on the ground floor with window directly to canal. It was amazing. The garden is very beautiful. A hidden place. Big shower. You can make coffee and tea in the kitchen by yourself at any time. The hotel was calm and Stella was very kind. We went to all three advices for dinner in the evening. We loved it.

The location was terrific, and Stella was generous and helpful with my delayed arrival and with my need to extend my stay. The building interior and the lovely enclosed courtyard are so in keeping with the general feel of Venice. Everything was very clean and well looked after.

It was in a great area. Close to train station and only a one minute walk to vaparto station Lovely big room overlooking the canal. Lots of places to eat nearby Lovely Stella looked after me right from when I first walked in the door. She was fantastic

We loved our stay at Casa Del Melograno. We arrived after midnight and found it easy to navigate to from the bus (only 15 min walk) and check in was easy, with Simone being very helpful and communicative! The location was fantastic and a great spot to stay close to the Venice sights, while still having a very local feel. It had everything we needed, including a fridge and air conditioning which was a huge bonus in the August heat. Will be recommending this to our friends and coming to stay in our next visit to Venice.
