Apartment was very comfortable. Host was very nice, met us on the arrival and our apartment was ready even when we did early checkin. Gave us lot of suggestions for local food and good areas to visit. Also, gave us a free detailed map of Venice. He didn’t even charge us for late checkout. Every attraction of Venice is within 10-15 min by walk from the Apartment.

The location was perfect, the towels were huge and dryed well, the kitchen was just right, the internet wifi was fantastic. The views from all the windows were superb. Francesco and Lorenzo were just fantastic and kind. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Excellent communication and flexibility from Francesco, apartment is great, extremely clean which is hard to find in Venice, super hot shower, king size mattress, hard mattresses (what we need), heating saved our life, sunshine through window, good ventilation, privacy, shampoo, body gel…everything you need is there! Will come back again!

Location near the train/bus station. Close to main attractions. Welcoming, empathetic hosts, attentive to the guests' needs. We had the opportunity to leave our luggage at the property both before Check in and after Check out, the location being somehow located between the main attractions and the train station. Spacious apartment, firm beds, clean. Shops and places to eat within a few minutes' walk, yet without heavy tourist traffic. The detractors could say that it is noise from the boats traveling on the canal, but it must be understood that you cannot enjoy the view and the atmosphere without also accepting the fact that canal transport is the main waterway in Venice. For those who want to experience the authentic Venetian atmosphere, I recommend it. The staff is very prompt, Francesco is very kind and Elena is very attentive to the guests' needs. Clean towels and bed linen, and for those planning to travel in the colder season, the central heating works perfectly.

Lovely apartment right on the corner with views of the river and the gondolas. Friendly, helpful staff who accommodated us to check in early and leave bags. Clean and well kept. Would highly recommend

owner met us at the airport express bus station in Piazza Roma.However, it is a big place. Would help if he said he was waiting by the big bridge. We waited at the bus bay for a while and having no wifi yet, it is hard to commnunicate. place not easy to find. ( not tech savvy and not have data for google map guide) We got lost after sightseeing. Location great in terms of old Venetian charm and local area. We saw kids going to school etc. Once we learned the "maze" of the pathways in Venice , It became a bit better to "go home "after sightseeing. spacious units. no lifts and stairs are steep but wide. Owner helped with suitcases but we had to get them down when we left. We had to hire a porter for our suitcases ( just carry-on size) due to the not-so-easy route to airport bus station . Route involves many bridges and we are seniors, We got lost almost everyday but it was part of the fun. We had to ask for directions back to apartment almost everyday after sightseeing. kitchen well equipped and updated and so is bathroom. Venetian charm building with aircond. Do not open window as mosquitos galore! great restaurant just around the corner and a supermarket too, in the same plaza. Restaruant was so good we had dinner there every night. ( another reason, not want to get lost at night going back to apt.The laneways were dark at night with dim street lighting and no street sign for small lanes .One wrong turn, you are lost )Most important is that food is the best we had in different Italian cities. will go back for sure
