Perfect location to go in and out of Venezia island. Most of the island is in walking distance so I was happy to stay here than near the touristic area. I could take benefit of Hotel Olympia while staying here and it was quiet, spacious and so clean. Could not complain at all.

Perfect location close to the train and bus station, and local restaurants. Staff across all levels was extremely polite and gave us a warm welcome and advice. Free luggage storage and free welcome drinks were just a cherry on the cake. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and informative about local sites (the lady on the front desk). I also liked the complimentary welcome drink which was a nice touch.

Staff were amazing, great Breakfast, location to public transport, On one of the canals, local restraunts serving great food at a good price, if I go back to venice I will be staying at this hotel.

Location is great, right next to bus depot and a short walk from the train station. Also close to the people mover if you are doing a cruise and need to go to the cruise terminal. Room was spotless and comfortable. Lots of nice places to eat close by.

Close to public transportation. Luggage storage if you arrive early. Superb breakfast 15 euro pp. Garden guests can enjoy.
