Stunning location, lovely spacious apartment, comfy beds and very clean. Some staff were very friendly, others a little less so. Overall an amazing experience.

Location cannot be better. It is just in front of the basilica. We had the room at the top floor. It is very well furnished witv space utilized in the best possible way. There is even a sauna in the room. We were very happy with it all.

Breakfast in the room was a nice feature and the staff member who brought it was charming. The location is great of course and it was an easy walk to our water taxi back to and from the airport.

Great location and view. Rooms very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially at end of stay as we had language difficulty understanding our taxi pickup location, and the staff sorted it out for us.

The view was extraordinary, the location is perfect! Like in fairytale! If you imagine ungorgettable place to stay And visit Venice it is a good choice. Even the fact that we didnt have enough time to eat breakfast , just a quick sip of Coffee And juice it looked fantastic.

You can't find a better location. Fantastic view over San Marco piazza. Can't ask for more or better !! Very nicely decorated apartment, (more than) big enough for 2 persons. We had the room 105 on the top 5th floor, so the view was fantastic, but windows a bit small and not very convenient to close or open (but that's such a small detail!)

The apartment was fantastic. Plenty of space for us to spread out. The staff were all very polite and helpful, they answered all our needs. The breakfast was terrific and we were given much more than we expected. Location could not be better for visiting all the attractions around Piazza San Marco. It was such a bonus to be able to pop out and visit the Basilica, Doge's Palace or the Campanile and then pop back to our apartment to cool down from the heat! I've attached a couple of photos showing the view from the living room.
