Easy location to get to (15 min walk from main bus station) and the rooms were really nice.

The place was very clean and spacious and with excellent attention. Andrea helped us a lot with key places to discover. Breakfast was very good; with different things to choose. Self Service with good quality. And even they gave you vouchers to have a coffee + croissant + juice in an option of 2 different Pasticcerias

This place is amazing! One stop with the vaporetto from the train station, with no crowds around and an easy walk everywhere. Loved the home feeling, the nice veranda, the kitchen where you can have a snack or a coffee and the great taste. The staff is amazing, helpful and welcoming. The room is big and fully equipped.

Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The accomodation comes with inclusive food and a kitchen, which was extremely helpful when exploring during the days. Accomodation was also extremely clean.

We adored our stay here. Andrea could not make guests more welcome and is extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the walking tour he drew out for us, away from the crowds and all his dinner recommendations. He had so many ideas for activities outside the usual tourist trail and we enjoyed all of them. The accommodation was clean, homely and comfortable. I would completely recommend a stay here. We were also just around the corner from a beautiful square containing several restaurants, bars and the most delicious gelato.

The room is spacious and comfortable and the common area is also very welcoming and nicely designed. The host, Andrea, is very helpful. The location is good with a vaporetto station very close.

What a fabulous B&B this is. Very personable and knowledgable owner and staff. It has all the necessary facilities and is very well located. I felt that this was my home in Venice. Ask Andrea about cycling around Venice!!!!!
