Lovely old building with character. Good location. Great sized room with good facilities (we had the suite). Very friendly staff who had prepared our room so that we could check in early which was a nice surprise. Excellent selection of continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The building is absolutely stunning. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Veronica is a super helpful and kind host.

Great location and not very crowded by tourists, which was great considering the location. The room was clean and tidy, one minus, there were no slipers available which made it uncomfortable walking on the very cold floor. The breakfast was good with a nice ambiance

Located in a quiet area not far away from San Marco square. You can easily get to the very center with a paid service, otherwise cross the canal via the Academia bridge. Ideal for those willing to be close to center but avoid the crowds. Helpful host, super clean room and a very good breakfast.

The hotel is a great spot. It's stylish and cosy. The rooms are comfortable and neat. The service at breakfast is outstanding and the food is delicious. The landlords are very kind and welcoming. Our room was prepared for us even before the check-in time. That was so thoughtful of the owners to do and we appreciate it very much.

Perfect location - quiet area but all the main attractions were within walking distance and right on the canal. Room was spotless and the whole building was rustic and authentic. Owner was really friendly and gave us a lot pf good tips and recommendations. Absolutely loved it!

We enjoyed our visit to Venice and our stay in the lovely Ca' Santo Spirito B&B! Your directions from the train station were excellent and very easy to follow. The home is charming, beautifully restored and nicely appointed. We truly enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfast buffet. Great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

I loved everything about this property. It is in a charming, nicely decorated, historic building. The breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying. Our host, Veronica, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The location is outstanding. The property is on a lovely, quiet side street, but it is close to sights and transportation. Our room was very comfortable.
