The cleanliness was of great importance. Very nice to see very clean . Nice quiet location . Staff helpful and friendly. Availability of coffee on location at any time was nice. We Enjoyed sitting with a bottle of wine on roof top patio .

The hotel is 15 mins' walk from Piazzale Roma. It's a very nice location. The terrase at the roof was very nice.My son loved it. The view from the room was lovely.

This is a Venice hotel with peace and quiet for a good night's sleep. The footpath by the canal is often deserted, a great change from the crowds in most of Venice in summer. The hotel is run by a great team who are very helpful. The breakfast cafe works really well too.

Lovely place. Room are clean and nicely decorated, longe room for all for access as well as a cute rooftop terrace. It is a short walk from the centre meaning the accommodation is nice and quiet so makes the rooftop a lovely place to relax. A coffee and pastry is provide from a cafe a few minutes walk away. Overall great stay.

Allesandra was amazing. Contacted us before we arrived and arranged to meet us. The place was easy to find and in a non touristy location. Venice is very accessible so it was still easy to get anywhere on foot or public transport.

Excellent location in a very quiet and”non-touristy” neighborhood, close to the vaporetto stop from the car park. Very friendly staff. We appreciated the breakfast voucher for cappuccino and cakes at a nearby cafe.

Very friendly, excellent location (convenient for centre and vaporetto, full of character and comfortable. Coffee and biscuits available throughout the day.
