Great location, great host, close enough to the hustle and bustle without being too close, easy walk to the waterbus stops and the canals. Room was comfortable and it had great shower pressure!

In general everything is fine - this is good place to stay for a few nights in Venezia: there are pretty comfortable beds, working toilet and shower. Air conditioner also works okay. Also host provided electric kettle and cups for us!

I like too much the location of the hotel and also interior and comfort. exeptional was staff (Electra) which was very attentive regarding guests and did all the best from her side. Thank you Electra ))

Great location near Fondamente Nove which is the waterbus stop nearest Murano. Comfy, roomy, well equipped, quiet, clean, great hot water. Some fantastic local restaurants nearby too.

We arrived in the evening whilst the hotel was unmanned, our arrival instructions to access our room were sent to us before our arrival and were very clear and concise. We had a great room up in the attic space. Breakfasts were a treat with warm pastries offered to us as we sat down and the buffet being continuously refreshed. Our brother and sister hosts were very friendly and most helpful. The location was very good with many good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The property is pretty central and within comfortable walking distance from most attractions and also close to some nice restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was a great added touch - cappuccino was perfect!
