This was our second stay at this hotel, as it is a great choice. It's quiet, clean and comfortable and in an excellent location, right beside the ghetto. The stop for the water-bus from and to the airport is only a few minutes walk away, and all the sights are within walking distance.

Location is very convenient for the train station - only one bridge to cross with wheeled bags! The entrance is somewhat underwhelming through a passage (well lit at night). Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Staff very helpful and welcoming

It was great that its location was in the city center, or rather within walking distance to everything. Being close to restaurants and cafes, as well as just about a minute away from the Guglie water bus stop, was quite attractive. Access from the airport to the hotel was also very easy. The rooms were spacious enough, and the cleaning was adequate. I was happy that we chose breakfast, as it offered a good variety. For a boutique hotel, the amenities were quite satisfactory. At the same time, a bottle of Prosecco awaits you in your room upon arrival.

Modern, and so clean. Perfect location and the shower was incredible. The staff are so friendly and English speaking. The location is also perfect, not too far from the train station and so close to everything! Absolutely fell in love with Venice. This hotel was lovely! Fast TV with Netflix, high speed internet, quiet and fast air con!

We were given a warm welcome. Our room was really nice and clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good with a vast selection of food to suit everyone. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. The waitress was very helpful and was nice and friendly. Bathroom shower was very good. the bed was really comfy. it was very quiet during the night, We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel, we had a very nice room on the ground floor and even a little sitting area outside. Spacious room and very clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great.
