Maurizio was very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient. Apartment was a generous size and had everything we needed.

- very good location, no problem at all to find it (no idea why others considered it challenging) - extremely friendly host, approachable, warm welcoming - price/quality ratio (be mindful that Venice is a tourist spot, crowded and all in all expensive) - apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, giving good Venice vibe - safe and quiet space - bidet :) again - Italian vibe

Location is excellent, apartment is spacious and has everything you would need. Host is excellent and assisted with our baggage transfer which was a major help. Easy to walk to most attractions and water taxi close by.
