Fabulous location and a very comfortable and romantic room. The view onto the canal is very atmospheric. The staff are lovely.

The room is very nice and clean. Good working air conditioning. Nice bed and pillows. Staff were very nice and friendly and easy to be contacted and quick to respond.

Great location. Two bottles of water are provided daily but no top up of shower amenities. Spacious bathroom with good shower and comfortable bed but bring your own pillows if you could. The occasional singing of gondoliers passing by add to the charm of a Venice stay!

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Venice. It is away from the busy areas but also so accessible to all districts of Venice within minutes of walking. There is shutters on the windows which is fantastic at night. Excellent communication and staff are so helpful prior to and during our stay. Lovely little touches make this accommodation the best in Venice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to a friend.

Loved the location and authetic feel. Away a little bit from the super busy laneways. but 5 mins walk to St marks Square. Felt very immersed in the heart of venice, with gondola passing the windows, loved arriving by boat to the door with a private transfer, and leaving to the airport door to terminal by boat

This was an absolutely incredible hotel! Best one of our four weeks in europe. We were in room 2 which had Windows facing two different canals and we could hear the gondola is going by and see them with the musicians and people singing. The location is a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the sites you want to see. The owners are friendly and responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend.
