A great hotel with a superb location. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent, allowing us not only to have a great time but also to enjoy delicious meals

The staff is attentive, kind and helpful. I spent there 2 night with my dogs and they did not charge any extra for my dogs who's are 13-13kg. The location is perfect easy to approach several boat station and gondola station. I found that very good even when the bar was close the tea section was free to use the whole night.

Exceptional service. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. It's one of the best receptions I've ever had. The room was huge and very comfortable, with an amazing view of the canal. Location is great, and breakfast was very good as well. But the highlight is by far the people working there. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again!

Easy walking distance from the train station and to the major attractions (Venice is flat 😃). Breakfast was good value and sets you up well for a day's sightseeing. Room was cleand and comfortable but a little small for 2 large bags.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful. The hotel is right on a small canal, adjacent to the main shopping path of Cannaregio. It was not loud at night. We enjoyed its proximity to the Jewish Ghetto. The staff would make you a coffee or tea in the afternoon in the cozy lobby. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious for a family of four and felt old world--just what we wanted.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the location was perfect. I enjoyed being a little more North as a starting point to visit the sites. It is easily accessible from the ferry from the airport and the building is really lovely. The front desk gave me some amazing recommendations for sites and restaurants.

Very helpful staff and a in a good location. We stayed in a junior suite which was a nice size room for Venice. Coffee was made freshly for you at breakfast with a good selection of food.
