Location in the Ospedale area is second to none - quiet but everything you need is close by - cafes, restaurants, grocery store and supermarket plus some interesting artisanal shops and bakery. Vaporetto goes to Lido and train station direct from Ospedale stop.

Locals good, bear from a ferry station, walking distance to all main attractions, restaurant right in front, super market close by. Staff was nice, explained everything very clear, and even give option to keep our bags after c-out Over all everything is good

Location was brilliant. The room was clean and fresh, and it was also a good size. The bathroom was newly done and it was nice to have a lovely shower.

Good location, great service. Directed everywhere and greeted us very warm. Answered question and gave suggestions where to go! everything was clean and new, location is super, not crowded at all, easy to access by boat or walk. Reccomend it!
