The place is close to the train station which is great. Shanju is extremely nice and helpful and answers calls quickly and is always ready to help.

Located conveniently near the train station in Venice, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has done the basics right, offering a comfortable and functional stay at an affordable price—especially commendable in a city as expensive as Venice. The property has a charming vintage look, which adds to its unique character. The bathroom was well-maintained and a highlight of the room, offering modern amenities in a cozy setting. Despite its proximity to the train station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, making it a great spot for relaxation.

We were arriving later between 22:00 and 23:00, so they emailed a pass code to get into the property and left the key on the desk with my name on it and directions to reach the room

The room was quiet and situated not far from the Stazione Santa Lucia. It was nice to be away from the main streets and the hustle and bustle of tourists.
