It’s a nice place if you like to drive your auto :) you can find a good rooms (price=quality) with a very nice parking, your car will be safe. The same time is very comfortable location with many directions. Thx guys from the parking! They are very careful with cars !!!

Very comfortable room, bigger than most hotel rooms in Venice! Perfect location within easy access to pizziale Roma, bus station, tram or vaporetto and close to everything else in Venice! ✨

Great location on the very edge of Venice , last point of access for cars , close to local bus and train station. A 25 min walk to Rialto Bridge and a 40 min walk to St Marks square. Very close to the people mover (which is like a mono rail, which can take you to the Venice bus station, ie. for longer bus travels to neighboring EU countries. Room was very large. Comfortably fit 3 adults.

The location was perfect, very convenient, safe clean and value for money. Breakfast is not available but at this location, so many breakfast options exist.
