Great location and staff allowed us to leave luggage at accommodation whilst they cleaned room from previous guests. Very easy to get to places around Venice from the location itself.

The location is good, right in the center of Venice also Despar is nearby if you want to buy some grocery, Milk etc.

Easy to enter, lovely reception once inside from a nice lady. The suite is excellent, plenty of room and storage, all the equipment you need, comfy bed, great bathroom with huge walk in shower. Well decorated throughout,we loved the property and would certainly stay again. Thank you
