It had an authentic feel and the staff were very friendly and even offered room service to save us from having breakfast in the garden on a cold day but it was so different we decided to brave the cold like the other guests. Their english is very good and they are very helpful with information on Venice.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ca' Dei Leoni, in its very familiar and personalized experience. The staff was great, the person at the reception helped us with information and a map when we first arrived in Venice. And on the next day told us a lot of stories about the city and his experiences when asked. The breakfast wasn't anything out of this world, but it did its job well and kept us fed throughout the morning. The place is outside of the common touristy areas which keeps you away from the constant noise and has multiple vaporetto stops nearby if you don't wish to walk back. The walk from the airport vaporetto stop is about 10 minutes and only included one bridge on the way, which was nice.

The location was perfect - a quiet peaceful corner of the city away from all the tourists. The room was comfortable and very historic. I enjoyed breakfast on the veranda every morning and the staff were very friendly with us. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff were terrific, Niccolo especially was super friendly and helpful. The room was small but sufficient. The hotel was very close to a vaporetto stop and close to both the station and many affordable restaurants. The breakfast was simple but a bonus in a city centre hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Venice.

We only stayed here for a night the staff were so kind, making great recommendations for dinner, helping with transport, and also allowing us to store luggage all day while we explored. The included breakfast was amazing and so filling, we took some of the wrapped bread and snacks to take with us for the day. The room was large with a big bathroom and we actually had an extra bed which was nice. Location is very close to the train and bus station aswell as being central to Venice
