B3 is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a giant kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. Us and kids were super-happy with everything provided + hosts were very hospitable and responsive! The district is very quiet and a huge supermarket is in 5 min. Also worth mentioning: the WiFi in the apartment was really exceptional. ~400 Mbps both ways -- and this makes planning your next day in Venice so much easier.

Our host Valentina responded very fast to an unplanned additional request. She was immeddiately available on the phone. The Info flow to enter, stay and leaf the appartment was via Mail and worked perfect. A wonderful place, we will come again.

Great space for 4 adults , The modern bathrooms were very nice Although we didn't use the kitchen facilities, there was a good amount of equipment Air conditioning was a bonus Washing machine a real plus. Easy check out, inc luggage storage
