BW Premier Collection CHC Continental is an excellent choice for a stay in Venice. The staff is exceptionally polite and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. The on-site restaurant offers quality dining, and the entire property is well-maintained and clean. If you're planning to visit landmarks like the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Square, consider adding at least 10 extra minutes to the estimated walking time on Google Maps, as navigating through Venice’s winding streets can take longer than expected.

The room was a little small but the proximity to the Train Station was a plus and the views of the Grand Canal where great, staff where helpful with the few questions we had.

nice and close to the train station, on the waterfront and they kindly upgraded us to suite with a balcony and view! looked after us with Gluten Free breakfast

Everything went really well, we had a fantastic stay! The room was superb, with beautiful views on Canal Grande, really quiet, spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with many options and choices and really good quality. Special mention for Franco at the Reception desk, really helpful, attentive, polite, supportive and thoughtful!

Great location and close to the train station which is handy when carrying luggage! Staff stored our luggage when we arrived and after a day exploring our bags were already in our room when we came back. The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and gave us a stunning view of the Grand Canal. Good breakfast too…

The hotel was situated close to the station. Took many evening walks getting lost and exploring the city, even walked to Rialto Bridge and Market. View of Grand Canal from side balcony. Warm and comfy suite.

MUST READ: We first booked a hotel called Hotel Tre Archi down the road, which was very dirty and disgusting, so we checked out and arrived at BW Premier Collection and felt much more comfortable. BW was very clean and the staff were so lovely about our situation and gave us breakfast for free. I couldn't recommend them enough and will be visiting again when we stay in Venice. Thank you!!
