We were able to arrive and store our bags in the room prior to check-in. This was very important as we had heavy bags, and it felt more secure than the usual reception luggage storage. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view was perfect!

My room was very close to San Marco overlooking a canal. Beautiful aspect from my window. Shops and restaurants were close by. Especially easy to get the ferry to the airport.

Location and value for money compared to many other rooms in Venice. Staff on arrival were nice and friendly. Access with luggage difficult as room was in attic and no lift.

Cleaned the room every day with a change of towels. Large comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Excellent location. All very clean.

Great location. Very welcoming and helpful staff. We had an apartment on the upper floor, which had nice view from the window and small terrace. Clean and quit spacious room.

The location is excellent, making this place a top choice. It’s just two stops away from the airport on the vaporetto, providing the easiest and fastest access to the main landmarks of Venice. There are restaurants right downstairs, and the view overlooks a spacious canal with picturesque bridges. Additionally, there are supermarkets nearby. Also, the person who is in touch with us (owner/manager) was very, very supportive!
