Good area. Very poorly maintained and old building. Room with old furniture, dust, uncomfortable bed, you could hear everything from the corridor. In the bathroom a soap with a dirty dispenser, not even a shower gel. The double price during carnival which was not justified. You couldn't even make yourself a coffee or even provide you with some cups or glasses. On the stairs there was plaster falling off the walls. There would be a lot to say but I'll limit myself to that. 440 euro too much for 3 nights

Very convenient location - right in the center. A simple and clean room, with a bed, table, wardrobe, and even a sink. There were 3 bathrooms in total on the floor, one of them quite close, no need to wait in line. We were there in January. The room was a little bit cool, but there was an electric heater/air conditioner. :)

Beautiful old building right in the heart of Venice. Very spacious. Lovely staff. Stayed there on New years and got a free bottle of Prosecco from the owners which was so lovely. Something we didn’t expect was the room came with a mini fridge with a freezer compartment which was very handy for keeping little bits of food. Overall had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend. (Pictures were taken at the end of our stay)

Fantastic, central location. We loved walking around the maze of streets and canals, but water taxis are also very close by. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. A surprise bottle of Prosecco for New Year was a lovely touch 😁.

nice big room, very central close to the Rialto bridge and Antonio the owner was really pleasant and helpful. they cleaned the room everyday which was really nice.
