Banyan House was beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were impeccable lay clean. I would and will return on my next visit to Venice.

Help yourself grab and go breakfast. Lovely room with welcome card and bottle of wine. Lots of outdoor seating areas and free use of bikes.
