Very clean comfortable with lovely furnishings. Great location with a view over the Grand Canal. Or host Laura was very helpful and accommodating and we could leave our bags longer after checkout. Best breakfast we’ve had in weeks of travel. There was a lift so no stairs to climb with luggage which was fantastic and close to train station either by walking or vaperetto.

The property was located close to the station, nice view of the canal. The apartment was very clean. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast that was brought to our room. Will definitely be returning to visit Venice.

The host Laura was very friendly. The room was spotless and the breakfast in the room was perfect! It was in a quiet location on the canal with a fantastic view but only a few minutes walk from restaurants and 10 mins walk to the terminal. Communication and advise was excellent.

The location is great, Luara the host is very nice and attentive and the room is very clean and spacious. Really suits family. We arrived slightly earlier than check-in time and Laura was very kind to let us checkin earlier and helped store our luggages on the day we weee leaving.

We didn’t realise that the property didn’t have a dining room and that breakfast was served in your room. That said there was a great choice of options and it was served beautifully and promptly. The best thing about the property was the location - steps from the grand canal and the water bus stop. It was fantastic. Laura was helpful and answered all our questions. There was a lovely little square nearby tucked away in the back streets with 4 or 5 good restaurants. Would recommend for a short stay in beautiful Venice.
