The hospitality of Alice and Marco. The cleanliness. the fact that Alice when out of her way to organise a surprise for my partner birthday. I loved that our bed was made and bottle of water was refilled everyday :-) We can join our host for breakfast. We really felt at home.

Staying in that B&B make you feel like a permanent resident of Venice. There is no breakfast during the pandemic but you have the option of buying your own stuff in a shop close by and cooking it in the kitchen.

Alice and Marco are very friendly and take good care of their guests. They were very supportive in guiding us around and even let us keep the luggages at the location in the last day (we had a late flight towards home) so we could enjoy our time there. The room was very cosy, and the location is perfect (max 10 minute of San Marco Square).

The host is a very lovely person, she made us feel very welcome & because of this I'd come back. We were originally confused on how to get into the building but she picked up right away when we called. The beds are made everyday, great location & stunning view! In general very pleased.
