Bed and Breakfast Overview

Situated on the 1st floor of a 16th-century building, B&B San Firmino overlooks the Santa Maria Formosa church’s baroque façade and the canal. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with oak-beamed ceilings and 2 balconies. B&B has elevator lift .
Owing its name to a statue of St. Firmino hosted in its hall, breakfast at San Firmino is an Italian breakfast with sweet produce. It includes yoghurt, juices, cereals accompanied by jams and pastries and it is served in the breakfast room with canal-facing mullioned windows.
Overlooking the church, the square or the canal, all air-conditioned rooms have period Venetian-style furniture and tapestries. They also include a flat-screen TV, minibar and bathroom with bath or hydromassage which is at the Suite. There are Murano chandeliers in the living room. One room has a spa bath.
Guests enjoy free use of the living room adjacent the reception and equipped with damask sofas and tables. On request and at extra costs boat excursions to nearby islands are organised. A city-wide Wi-Fi network can also be organised.
The famous Rialto Bridge is a 5-minute walk away. We are 5 minutes walking to the famous Rialto Bridge and 5 minutes to San Marco square

The place was amazing. Like a fairytale. We got a free upgrade to the room due to availability. Lorenzo communicated very well and detailed. He was very nice, gave us recommandations for local restaurants, places to visit and methods of travel. Room was clean and well heated (for december). Building is old but well kept. Looks so cool. Like u are back 500y ago. We were able to leave luggage there after check out and pick it up later in the day. Unbelieveble value for money overall.

We loved everything about the 600 style accommodation, our room was vintage over looking the canal watching the gondalas glide up and down, very romantic indeed. Our host Lorenzo was very inviting and gave us a quick history on the building, followed by useful information as to where to go and what to see. We loved our stay. 😊

Lovely B&B over looking a canal view in 16th century setting, amazing antique gondola window on the waiting area, Lorenzo very kind and helpful with everything gives suggestions about Venice must see and where to eat. The room very clean, linens are fresh , kettle in the room and tea and coffee. Ionised H2O. Free toiletries etc Over all our stay is very comfy and rested well. Kept our luggage after check out. It’s a place where you feel very welcome like a home. Close to all attractions like Rialto bridge, St Marks Basilica, gondola boat rides, museums and restaurants within walking distance. 3 stations by boat from piazza Roma Highly recommended and good value for money

The location is insane. I was drinking red wine and looking at a canel from the comfort of my room. The main canel is max 10 minutes walk with nice shops and restaurants on the way. They also let us store our bags the next day which was a great help

Lorenzo was a generous host with tips in advance, a kind welcome on arrival, advice on places to go and eat, and he was accessible for inquiries throughout our stay. The room was spacious and a fabulous location - so many sights within walking distance and close to restaurants and a small supermarket. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Location is perfect. In the middle of all main attractions. The host Lorenzo was extremely accommodating. He waited for us as we arrived quite late and also recommended the best places to eat that time of night. The bed was comfy and the room very antique but nice.

Lorenzo is very nice and welcoming. the location is perfect, not too touristy but still close to the major sights. The room was spacious and had a comfy bed.
