Lady at the property was very kind to give us the key earlier for check-in and we also could leave the luggage until later time after check-out. It was very helpful. The location is fantastic, it's in Venice close to the center. Room and bathroom were clean and cozy.

The property was closed to a lot of tourist attractions. Around 30mins to the furthest attraction. Also closed to the train station. It was in a quite street. We like there was a washing machine because we had a lot of dirty clothes at this stage. Although it didn’t dry in time, there was a laundromat about 3 mins walk from the property.

Very nice place, close to bus, railway and vaporetto. Owner is very friendly women, was able to accommodate me early that gave me more time to explore the Venice. Property is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms.

I booked a one-room stay for 6 nights at this property after watching a video where this location was recommended by some American travel YouTubers. It's located an easy 10-minute walk from the main train station (with one large and one small bridge on the way). This is not a hotel but a private apartment on the second floor of an old Venetian building. The location is simply fantastic - during the week, it was very quiet even with the window open. Over the weekend when the yelling started, I suppose the noise was inevitable. I do have to say that the whole Venice must have heard the screeching. When I arrived at the apartment, the owners welcomed me and immediately recommended so many amazing places, as well as ways to experience Venice like a local. I did not expect it but it was very much appreciated. There is a coffee machine in the shared living room and you get coffee tabs every day (left in your room after housekeeping). There is also a microwave and a kettle, plus cutlery and dishes so you can enjoy your food. My room had a mini fridge so I could also keep food there if I wanted to! The flat is old but it's really beautiful. Due to how the buildings are made, the room was always cooler than the outside and, as my room was not in the direct path of the sun, it always maintained a pleasant temperature. There is a cooling unit in the room so I could always switch it on if I wanted to. The apartment has two shared bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower - I had no issues sharing with the rest of the people at the accommodation, even though I showered twice every day because it was sweltering hot outside. The day I was leaving the owner assured me I could leave my bags and go around to wander before leaving Venice which was very sweet - but I did not make use of the offer as I was leaving early. The apartment was clean, the bed was really comfortable and I couldn't have wished for more for my first stay in Venice.

We were able to walk to our accommodation from the train station in under 15 min. and it was an easy walking distance to the Rialto Bridge area. The charming gentleman who handled the booking met us on-site and gave us lots of useful sightseeing information, allowed us to store our bags before check-in and answered all of our queries during our stay. There are 2 shared bathrooms and there was never a problem with availability.
