Location was amazing! Only 6 min to the station and took the coach to get there. We were lucky to not have to take the water taxi as it seems so troublesome.

The Host Nina was wonderful.She has a passion for what she does and was helpful in everyway .The location is well placed,close to restaurants etc and room is large comfortable and clean . I believe great value for money.

Nice cozy place, rooms were clean and their private washroom just outside of the room was big and clean. Nina and her assistant Rinata take really good care of the guests and help you with all your queries.

Nina was a great communicator. Her facilities were really lovely for our overnight stay in Venice. The luggage store was so incredibly helpful for us as we spent some time in Venice outside of our stay at the accommodation. 10/10!

Perfect location, close to main train station and all the tourist sites were within walking distance. The information provided upon our arrival was very clear and valuable.

Very comfortable room, small but everything we needed. Shower was good and there were small pastries provided daily in the rooms. Air-conditioning worked very well and Nina was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely big bedroom. Our bathroom was separate to the bedroom (only a couple of steps away), it is modern, very stylish with an attached small private patio (great spot to enjoy a quiet drink).
