Comfortable cosy home from home in a very central but quiet location. Lovely caring staff who really look after you. Great and swift communication. Real attention to detail. We really appreciated small touches like toothbrush kits, tissues and cotton wool pads. Lara and her team had thought of everything. Great breakfast. We would return again in a flash. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The property has been restored to a very high standard with everything you could hope for to make your stay comfortable. It is set a short walk away from the tourist areas and is all the better for that with many art galleries and restaurants . The hot tubs in the bedrooms are perfect to relax in after exploring and the breakfasts are wonderful

The B & B was immaculately clean and the facilities in the room were excellent. The breakfast was lovely and lots of healthy options were available. I would recommend to friends. The area is pleasant and quiet but still with plenty to do and a fairly easy walk / very easy boat trip to the St Marks' Square. Lara was very helpful with booking the water taxi from the airport and gave us a lt of information about how to get around Venice.

Everything. The room was amazing, the staff went above and beyond. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Its situated in a great area for exploring the whole of Venice. Its the best place we have ever stayed!!

We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts went out of their way to look after us. It is a beautiful property, well maintained and elegant. The air conditioning was a blessing!

Everything!! From the moment we stepped off the water taxi and was greeted by the Amazing staff, to the Beautiful room and common area that was located in prime location! Everything needed was provided and with open, helpful and beautiful staff. We couldn't speak high enough about our time and experience here, all made possible by Lara and the staff, always happy to help and offer assistance. We would Highly, Highly recommend this Stunning Place to anyone wanting to visit here in Venice! Thanking you for the most Memorable Time ♡

If you are not already swayed by the excellent rating, I hope this review convinces you to go ahead and book. I could write pages and pages about how brilliant our stay at Casin dei Nobili was, but I'll try to keep it brief to make it easy to read. - Lara, Benedetta and the rest of the team are fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, always available but never invasive. You will be in safe hands! - There is an incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the room/stay. - There were free pastries in the foyer all day for you to enjoy (especially handy if you've been enjoying lots of Aperol!). - Fresh water & drinks delivered to your fridge everyday. - A mini spa kit, and salts for the bath. A USB adaptor in case you've forgotten yours. Fully equipped bathrooms (the Dyson was a godsend!). - Suncream and mosquito spray available for use on the terrace. - Breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit & pastries, delicious eggs, the best coffee! So much selection available. - We had to leave early on our final day and the team prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. - The spa bath is wonderful to come home to after a long day of walking. Unlike a previous reviewer said, there were not "too many rules". It is basic etiquette and common courtesy to shower before using the bath, and not to use it after a certain time so you don't disturb other guests. - The location is excellent. Very central, but just far away enough from the big crowds to enjoy peace and quiet. We chose to walk everywhere rather than take the water buses, as we felt we were within walking distance of all the sights. - It takes 15 minutes to walk and get to the bus for the airport. - The aircon is very efficient. We had days of 34 degrees and the room was cool within 10 minutes. The foyer contains many booklets and leaflets about sights to see and restaurants to eat at.
