Great location, in picturesque alley walking distance to the main tourist sites. Nice room, friendly and good breakfast.

It was convenient and close to most things. Laundry and supermarket and main attractions. Very homely and Italian home feel. Paulo was great. Nice coffee in the mornings.

Great location, away from the tourist traffic, nice and quiet with some nice restaurants around. Breakfast in the morning was included which was nice. A nice shared terrace to eat on.

Place is clean but like most of places in Venice has a strange smell. Also dirty sock from previous people left behind the chair. Bathroom facilities was very clean and had everything we needed. Expected a bit more for breakfast like eggs or some normal healthy food. But get only coffee,juice or tea and toasted bread with nutella or jam. Jogurt or croissant was also available. Great place as has the balcony where can spend a bit of time as well Great place as very close to town centre
